In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

At Jory’s Flowers, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers with care and attention to detail. We proudly provide flower delivery throughout Concord and surrounding Northern California communities.

Same-Day Flower Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available in Concord for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Orders received after the same-day cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Same-day availability may vary during holidays and peak floral seasons.

Delivery Areas

Jory’s Flowers delivers to homes, businesses, hospitals, venues, and other locations throughout Concord and many surrounding communities, including Walnut Creek, Danville, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Martinez, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Pleasanton, Livermore, Oakland, Berkeley, and more. Delivery fees vary based on the delivery location and distance and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Instructions

Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient’s name and phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order. For hospitals, businesses, and other facilities, please include the department, room number, suite, or other relevant information when available.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available when our driver arrives, flowers may be left in a safe location when appropriate. If a safe delivery location is not available, we may contact the recipient or arrange a re-delivery.

Flower Substitutions

Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change due to weather and market conditions, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When this occurs, Jory’s Flowers will make every effort to preserve the overall style, color, value, and beauty of the arrangement.
